Laser Alliance LLC can help you plan your project as your design is being developed. From preliminary information, we can provide you with advice on techniques and samples of materials showing laser-cut quality. We will advise you if further information is required. When you contact us early in your design project, we can often save you time and money by streamlining the process.
Preparing laser-cut files
We accept many vector file formats such as AI, EPS, DXF, DWG, CDR and PDF. Please make sure texts are converted into outlines or curves prior to sending them to us. If you are not able to convert text to outlines, check confirm with us to see whether you are using one of the hundreds of fonts we have on file.
Whether you provide us your finished artwork or we design it for you, we always make sure that you review and approve proofs of your artwork before we begin any work. Once your project has been completed, we can ship them to you or you can pick it up at our office if your business is located in our area.
If vector art is not available, we can nearly always scan and digitize your design for a minimal charge. Please check with us for more information.
The most efficient way of sending your artwork to us is in a digital format. You can upload your files to our ftp site or send us the CD-ROM or DVD.

Most projects will be completed in 2 working days. Same day and next day services also available.
